Return Policy
At Bookish Lane Treasures, we do not accept returns on our products. However, we understand that items may occasionally arrive damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, we require the following proof before we can process a replacement or refund:
- A video of the box being opened (unboxing video), showing the damage upon arrival
- And include Photos if taken, so we can take a closer look
Please send your video and any photos to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please note that Bookish Lane Treasures is not responsible for damages caused by the delivery service. However, we understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged order, and we will do everything we can to make it right for you.
We take great care in packaging every Bookish Lane Treasures order, and we're sorry if something arrived less than magical! Once we review your proof, if approved, we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
