Processing Time

 Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. But does not include the shipping time frame. As a small two-person family operation, we appreciate your patience and understanding. In the event of any delays — including but not limited to holidays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances — we will proactively communicate updates through our website and social media accounts to keep you informed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once shipped, please allow the following estimated delivery times based on your location within the United States:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Bookish Lane Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Damaged or Lost Packages Please note that Bookish Lane Treasures is not responsible for damages or delays caused by the delivery service. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim, including required video and photo proof.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local delivery service first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will see what we can do to help.
